More on GoogleStrongly disagree with the other 4 reviews. I'm convinced they are lies!!!! Maybe that's why they don't have much feedback. Poor professionalism. Appraiser was very late to the site and did not give a heads up that they would be. They Ignored all texts and calls. It has been over 3 weeks and still have not sent appraisal report or provided an update about it. It's impossible to get through to anyone because they NEVER EVER answer the phone. My lender and agent have both been trying to reach them and they can not. Very unhappy with the service provided. These guys are trash in reality.
