More on GoogleTerrible. Rent keeps going up, no changes are being made to update any part of our apartment. Washer and dryers always broken. Harass for rent while making it hard to pay. In 3 years, our check bounced back 3 times. Pay all my bills from the same account so when it takes 4-5 business days for them to withdraw, twice, it was a miscalculation on my own math by just a few dollars. The absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Maintenance requests are ignored problems persist and they do absolutely nothing about it. Shame on Tim Schaefer Regional Vice President of DanJon Management and Sarah Millan property manager.
