He is the type who cleans every nook and cranny between tenants. They hoarded so much that you couldn’t see the perimeter of the unit. They had multiple animals that were not permitted, who destroyed the trim by chewing it off. Yes they were called on the condition of the unit when I inspected it. I do not recommend renting any property from The Doylestown Landmark. The property manager, Karen is very unprofessional and quite rude. Some of the fixtures in the apartment were of the lowest quality and showed wear within a year and we got blamed for it when we left. Karen would always say that Gary only used the best quality furnishings, but yet the bathroom sink cabinet was made of pressboard. Then the lady who lived below us was a stalker. It's honestly hard to imagine how someone could be worse at their job than Gary Phinney. Our HOA (that I'm the president of) had Doylestown Landmark as our property management company for a little over two years, and it was two years down the drain. Gary Phinney and Karen Troester came in and convinced the HOA board to hire them with big promises of improving our community and fixing existing problems.
