My fiancé and I recently used E & E Settlement Services for the purchase of our home in the Poconos and had a fantastic experience! We worked with Jazmin, who was very responsive and helped put us at ease about transferring the down payment securely, answering all of my questions. We had a smooth closing day with Jazmin and Ricmarie making it easy and efficient for us to sign all the necessary papers. I can't recommend E & E Settlement enough and am thrilled to be in my new home. Thank you for all of your help making our dream home into a reality!

I had a less-than-ideal experience with this company. It seemed that their priority was steering me towards properties they preferred to sell rather than genuinely focusing on my preferences and needs. Fortunately, I decided to work with a different company, which was more aligned with my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for property-related services.
