More on GoogleI must say this place is quick in responding back to you. I was in need of a place and when I found Expert Management advertising an affordable room for rent I had to jump on it. I emailed the property manager hoping to at least get a response from them. And BAM not even 12 hours later they responded and the process was quick n professional. Its clean, respectfully quiet n a walking distance to work makes it awesome. Thank u Expert Property Management.

I just signed a lease here and the whole process was smooth and easy. John was the one who helped me and he made everything simple to understand. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. I’m looking forward to my future here!! Highly recommend

As a property owner, 30 lot mobile park, John the owner of Expert has been killing it for me, You really need to address issues and get cash flowing and John is right on it, very hard for managers to be this responsive with all of their other clients. I expected better from John/Expert PM than the last Mgt company, but not this much better!
