More on GoogleAfter looking around and not having my voice mails returned by others I was glad to reach Fred at Fidelity live and we had a good conversation and I asked for and received a accurate estimate. Two days later I hired him and later that week he showed up at my house on time and we toured my place and he took many photos and notes. Within about ten days I had my home appraisal and it was right on the money which other professionals later confirmed. Fred, has been doing this a very long time so its safe to say you wont be disappointed.

Our appraiser, Fred K. is a seasoned professional who arrived on time did a thorough review of the property, and sent a detailed and well-considered appraisal. I hired this company because of the good reviews and am most happy with that decision!

Fred was great. He was communicative and gave a fair appraisal amount on our home. He was also extremely accommodating with my needs. I highly recommend!
