Took over managing the community back in June. Took them till October to set up online payments. Had issues with online payments. The woman was very unhelpful and disrespectful. Got a letter stating I had received a fine. Called and was notified I was sent a warning letter back in September(never received it). I have never had any issues with previous companies managing the community I live in. Companies like these are the reason why people have a dissatisfaction with hoa companies

If I could leave six stars I would!, Finer Points Management is hands down the best management you will ever find,! As full time Realtors my wife and I deal with HOA management companies on a regular basis and never in our long career have we experienced such a professional service. We ran into some serious issues with documentation for a settlement, none of which was Finer Points fault or responsibility, the day before settlement and were certain we would be pushing back the deal till after the Christmas Holiday.
