Galvanized Property Management

was part of a group which rented from them . A very nice house and place with a fantastic location. Reason for the low rating is that this particular company was the one who was listing and it was extremely hard and difficult to correspond to - When called a lady called Brittany was a contact listed and when speaking to her it felt as if someone was talking to a bot or worse a robot with a bad voice. The house was not cleaned upon arrival , cobwebs all around ! The response on the Airbnb channel was ridiculously slow , did look like they have some mix and matched reviews for the 3-4 months

All in one! I mean property management, property improvements and real estate. We have the best experience so far with the company! Jermiah and his team is amazing. We just bought a property in Poconos area. This company helped us to get STR permit approval for the property and gave us new ideas for improvements....still working on it. Very soon this property will be up and run!
