More on GoogleHeld money in escrow to pay water and sewer bills. Still not paid 2 months later and is affecting my credit. Absolute scam in my opinion and I would avoid like the plague.

I had the pleasure of working with Igor and his team at Gennex Settlement Services LLC. Igor had excellent communication skills and the transaction went seamlessly smoothly. The weekend before settlement one of my sellers couldn't make it to settlement that was scheduled in 4 days. Igor went above and beyond to prepare a deed package and accommodate my client's schedule to have them sign before the settlement date. Everything closed on time! Thanks for your amazing service!

Doing business with this title company is an absolute pleasure! No need to control and/or remind of things to be done. Igor is at least one step ahead, making it easier for buyers and sellers to settle. As a full-time realtor I appreciate his professionalism, quick responses and getting things done! Highly recommend!
