My business consist of many first time Buyers. Having Madison and GMSS as part of my team is an asset to not only myself but my Buyers. Madison is never to busy to answer my buyers questions and takes the time to make settlement day a celebration. My most recent buyers so appreciated all Madisons hard work and the little touches she added that they have extended an invitation to their housewarming party to her. My experience was very similar to Khrystyna Matchin's who was a client of the Blue Bell office based off her review. We probably had the same closing agent. Although they did not accept only wires for me. At closing, I pointed out that they have the wrong recording fees ($0.10 instead of $100) and the closing agent made me go to the 7/11 around the corner and get a money order to pay the additional amount from their mistake. They also had a monetary item going to the wrong party on the closing sheet which we corrected as soon as they sent the settlement sheet the night prior to closing. In a
