More on GoogleI’ve worked with Maureen for many years and her team has always done such a great job when it comes to getting to the closing table and giving buyers a great experience. Whether you’re a first time homebuyer or buying another home, H&H does an amazing job with breaking everything down from the time a contract is executed all the way through post closing assistance. Would recommend any Buyer, Seller or Agent that’s looking for a trusted Title Company to work with H&H!

My settlement was handled by H&H about 6 months ago. With all the unpacking I got tied up and wanted to comeback and let everyone know how amazing they were. Everything was flawless from beginning to end. Their staff was friendly, easy to work with and very patient. I would highly recommend them!

I’m really sorry to say this but I had the most uncomfortable experience with the closing of my home. Just everything all together from lack of communication to awareness. I wish it could’ve went as smoothly as my first home purchase. However, this settlement was FUBAR. I got my home at the end with no smiles.
