More on GoogleVery disappointed with people from this office , very unprofessional and unpleasant. Please just be careful if you rent a place , document and take pictures of everything before and after , they accuse my son and his roommates for things that they did not do it , playing how nobody reported issue's, which was clearly reported on rental portal, that they never fixed things and so easy just deducted from deposit. Just very disappointing how they run business.

I had a great experience with Hartsville Property Management Inc as a whole and their team. The team is very professional at all times. When ever I would call with a issues or sent an email the responds time was very quick. And when ever there was an problem, it was handled within days. I would recommend this company to met your rental needs.

I cannot recommend highly enough Ed McDonald, Barbara Borbor, and the entire team at Hartsville who made the rental of my condo in Warminster possible, and have managed it beautifully for over 3 years. I had to rush to CA just as the pandemic was starting and was desperate to find someone who could coordinate renovating and renting my condo. Ed got me amazing deals with excellent contractors then found the perfect tenant, and Barbara and the team communicate with me and take care of everything that comes up so seamlessly that I hardly have to think about anything but watching my income be depo
