was pleasure to deal with Kristen, in present market hard to sell the type of property we had, with increase in interest rate. but we had beautiful home built for ourselves, and had value. Which Kristen understood , both agents reduced their commissions to make sell happen. Professional and willing to help by putting extra efforts.
