From the get go, Jake felt like a good friend. He was recommended to us by my brother in law so we already knew what to expect character wise. However, we were blown away by how customized our experience was (especially as out of towners) throughout the home buying process. Jake took so much time out of his days to personally go to each house we were interested in and he video called us for each walk through. Jake Toyberman went above and beyond for us. He's incredibly knowledgeable, a great negotiator, super communicative, and so, so reliable. We purchased from out of town. Jake was our eyes and ears, facetiming us in for many, many showings. He made himself available to us day and night. He kept everything organized and listened to our wishes.
