More on GoogleKirk did an amazing job with our inspection. Not only did I feel he was being very thorough both inside and out, he explained things as he went and answered any questions we had in a way that we could understand. He even gave specific recommendations on projects he felt would improve the lifespan of different portions of the home and eliminate potential problems down the road. After the inspection I feel much more secure in our upcoming purchase. I absolutely recommend anyone who wants an inspector who is 100% working for you to contact Kirk.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work Kirk did inspecting our new home. He was very thorough and he took his time explaining the many different areas he was inspecting. He took extra time with us providing detailed answers to our questions which helped to ease the overwhelming feeling of purchasing a new home. Further, he encouraged us to reach out to him at any point if we had any other questions. Without a doubt we would recommend Kirk to anyone who is in need of a home inspection.

Kirk was very thorough, kind, and honest as he went through the home to inspect it. I felt that I was in good hands trusting his expertise and would highly recommend him to inspect your property.
