More on Googlefirst i want to say the first time i used them to move it was great! so that’s why i picked them for the next move.. boy why did i do that! it was the worst experience ever imagine! Where do i start! everything I owned came in my place broken, stolen or destroyed called the owner he was locked in for a while. so no one ever got back to me. sent pictures and complained and got absolutely nothing but a man saying he was in jail trying to get out. they sent 2 young men 1 was very nice but he only had 1 arm. broke 2 TVs to the point it looked like they walked all over them. I used Keep It Moving, LLC when I moved my belongings from my old house into a storage unit. The movers left all of my patio furniture at the house because it wouldnt fit on the truck. The inexcusable part was that nobody bothered to tell me! I reached out to the company to escalate the lack of courtesy, but my concern was never acknolwdged. The rest of that move went okay though, so I decided to use them again to moved out of the storage and into my newly constructed home. That was that a HUGE MISTAKE! I seriously can’t believe these reviews are all real, especially the good ones. If it’s an interstate move please invest in Pods services. My interstate move from Pa to Tx started on June 21 and was not completed until July 26, with many issues of course. In talking to an employee of Keep It Moving I was told,“I’ve seen it take as long as three weeks”and he saw how surprised I was and then he went on to say, “I’m not saying it’ll take that long, I’m just saying I’ve seen it take that long”.
