The agents they have working are incompetent. I am an investor and they had an agent here I explained that I own houses on the same block and asked for one minute to do a quick walk through because I would make a cash offer and the agent was too busy to allow that. I am baffled on the way they handle properties and I would never list a home with them after seeing the way they operate
