Incredibly unprofessional and immature management. I submitted a pre-approval through Ken Feinman several weeks ago. As a relatively young first time homebuyer, was unhappy with the communication and customer service from him and his staff, so I requested my account be transferred to a more local CrossCountry Office. Feinman refused to transfer my account to my new office. After a phonecall where he was both rude and condescending, he made it clear he would be holding my account hostage therefore forcing me to use him, for find a whole new company to work with.
