More on GoogleKeyrenter Buxmont took over the property that I was living at in 2024. When they took over, it was a huge difference and in a good way, I would call them or text them about a maintenance issue and within a few hours I would get a response and someone will be able to fix whatever was wrong. I never had an issue with anybody at the office. They were always respectful when I called and they always you’re very prompt to answer any questions that I had. If I were to rent another property through them, I would be just as happy as I was at my previous apartment.

My heater broke and I had no heat. It happened around 11:00 on a Saturday night. The repairman contacted me at 7:00 Sunday morning and got here about 8:00 and fixed the heater in about an hour. I should mention he also came in the during an on going snowstorm. I was happy about that. I did feel though that with a broken heater and the temperature outside being 10 degrees that someone could have came immediately but maybe that’s being unfair. The temperature in my house never dropped below 60 degrees so I wasn’t too uncomfortable. Again I was happy he came in the midst of a snowstorm

I rented a condo in Chalfont PA with KeyRenter. They proved to be responsive, compassionate, professional, approachable, timely with handling any issues. Their portal was handy for rent payment, maintenance or other issues. I would recommend them.
