I have had nothing but good experiences with KPMM. Alicia, Eli, Jaime have all been extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I can’t think of one complaint! I had a time sensitive issue and Alicia went out of her way to make the property available to me as fast as possible.

This company is very disorganized and unprofessional . They schedule Maintenance appointments and inspections and they don’t complete the job properly. This company does not respect giving 24 hour notice to coming into the unit then charges you for their mistake . The company also does not respect that you have pets then back charges me back to four months after not having it enforced for 2 1/2 years . They do not make sure their landlords are being financially responsible with your security deposit and paying you your interest amount every year . They completely disregard privacy and tell ot
