What people say
More on GoogleWe used Liberty Appraisal Associates last year and I have to say that it was one of the best services we have received in terms of property appraisal and tax appeal. What we appreciated greatly was their excellence in communication and availability. Also they were very patient in explaining the tax appeal process and answering all our questions. I would highly recommend liberty Appraisal Associates with no reservations to any one who is interested in using their services.

Tarik is absolutely amazing. I was in a pinch when it came to filing a tax appeal last minute and he pulled it off and got me everything I needed in such a short amount of time. He is very detailed in his comps and fair! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

I had an exceptional experience with Liberty Appraisal Associates, especially working with Tarik Scaranni. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and the appraisal report was delivered ahead of schedule. Rare find in today’s market! As a real estate professional, I know how important it is to work with reliable partners, and Tarik is truly one of the best. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of an accurate, honest, and timely appraisal whether you’re a buyer, seller, or investor
