More on GoogleMy Wife and I went through a 3 year home renovation. Our property is very unique in Bucks County Pa. The bank had ordered appraisers and we got someone from Nj and Delaware that know nothing about Bucks County real estate. Maureen thoroughly walked the entire house and property and came back with a more than fair appraisal that was very detailed. It’s important to have an appraiser that understands real estate in your area. Maureen goes above and beyond. Look no further!

Maureen did an appraisal for us for a tax assessment appeal. The appeal was successful (not quite at the appraised value, but it was still a significant decrease). Maureen was professional and a pleasure to work with. She sent us a detailed appraisal report very quickly and well before the deadline, even though she was preparing to go on vacation. She also answered my questions about the appeal process, so I could file the appeal without hiring an attorney, saving me thousands of dollars.

I contacted Maureen for an appraisal of our home before I listed it as for-sale-by-owner. Maureen was very responsive, professional and provided a complete detailed appraisal of our home's value. As a result of Maureen's in-depth review, our home hit the market priced appropriately and as a result we received top dollar offers in just a few days after listing it. I highly recommend Maureen's appraisal services.
