I hired this firm based on their 5-star Google reviews, expecting strong representation in my landlord/tenant case. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. At first, communication seemed promising, but once I paid the $1,500 flat fee, responsiveness dropped significantly. Calls went to voicemail without return, emails were ignored, and I even had to send someone in person multiple times to get them to call back or respond on the case status.
