Michael Bower was the lead on our mortgage for our new home and we had difficulty reaching him from the very first week. He sent a welcome email with an attached estimate for our home and I emailed him back with questions, which to this day (almost 10 months later) he never replied to. He got information wrong which almost affected our mortgage and we had to reach out to his coworker Anthony who was a saving grace during this time. Anthony became our contact because he was the only person we could contact and get a response from. Then, the night before closing Michael appears out of nowhere
