Jill did a terrific job assisting in the purchase of our forever home and the sale of our previous home. Her expertise of the process proved invaluable, as did her knowledge of the local area's trends. She expertly navigated the market finding us several candidates that all matched our criteria before ultimately landing on our dream home. Her negotiation skills proved key when submitting our offer, as we were able to win the bid by a narrow margin. Based on my experience, I could not recommend Jill enough!

My husband and I had previously worked with Jill when purchasing our first house in 2021 and had a great experience so it was a no brainer to contact her when we decided we wanted to sell. Jill & Mike made the process so easy to understand and were always available to answer any questions or simply calm our nerves. Our house sold after just 3 days on the market! They were there to help us every step of the way leading up to day of settlement. They are a great team and we would definitely work with them again in the future.
