Would HIGHLY recommend! Even with inspectors being extremely busy right now, Mike was there on time and we got the inspection report before dinner. Mike was extremely helpful with explaining what would need fixing it time and what needs fixing now and what we would need to fix it. I'm not sure the market for inspection prices but I would say the price was fair, with roof and septic. Also was super helpful when we needed the invoice a few days later and got that to us so fast. Thanks again Mike!

Mike came out on a Saturday and spent 3+ hours taking the time to explain each concern we had and if something was not able to be seen or inspected he states it upfront. He also will tell you when you have a specialist come in and inspect a specific area. The report came back fast and extremely professional. I would recommend his services to everyone looking for a home inspection in PA.

I used Mike for a inspection and his knowledge and understanding of the different components inside the house was exactly what I expect from a inspector. He took his time and went through everything he could and explained each of it as he went about the inspection. Would recommend.
