Had escrow held for repairs to be done after closing. Paid out of pocket to get repairs done, only for escrowed money to be wrongfully returned to seller by Mortgage America. Amount less than $400 on a 400k loan! Resolved after 3 months. Not fully satisfied but they did uphold their deal at the end.
