More on GoogleCalled me on a Monday and I called them back the same day and left a message. They didn’t return my call until Friday to say “we can come tomorrow between the hours of 10-12”. No apologies on the late reply what so ever ok I’m not going to sweat it. I paid a little over $800 for this rude nasty inconsiderate service. Pushed my schedule back until 1 and guess what? THEY NEVER SHOWED Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes then left my home at 12:15. YOU CAN’T BUY TIME BACK!!!!!! No phone call or anything of that sort. If you’re looking for an appraiser this isn’t the company. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Extremely unprofessional people. I was addressed by “Hey, Lady” and when I asked for a return call, I was told that wasn’t going to happen. Had to wait 3 months for the appraisal to be done even though their fee was paid immediately. If I could give them a zero, I would.
