Our experience with Neo Management started off well but ended with a frustrating and unfair move-out process after living in the apartment for three years. When we first moved in, we dealt with Howie, who was easy to communicate with. He even informed us that while we were welcome to paint the apartment a neutral color if we wanted to, they would not be painting it before our move-in. NeoManagement is a company built on empty promises and blatant lies. Their website claims they operate with “hard work, professionalism, honesty, and integrity” but in reality, they don’t even come close. Their actions don’t match their words, and anyone dealing with them will quickly realize that money, not service, is their real priority. Like my landlord, they cut corners at every opportunity. The landlord is nothing more than a ghost, kicking back in some far-off place, sipping a drink, collecting rent while avoiding responsibility.
