I rented 219 E High St in Coaldale (the landlord's names are Joanna Goodell and phoebe mcilvein) for over 2 and a half years and had to deal with these people the whole time. After living there for 2 years they sent me a bill for 2 years worth of supposed accrued late fees, over $900 worth. My rent was always paid so I told them I disagreed I owed the fees. They sent me a self created spreadsheet "showing" where I was late as "proof." I never heard anything else about it until about 8-9 months later when they kept my security deposit for late fees and sent me a bill for the remaining amount af

I recently had New Day rent my property out for me and in the process they where extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work with my needs. They have a great staff. Highly recommended!!
