My law office has been working with Palma-Lazar Appraisals for more than 10 years and I know that I can always count on a quality appraisal report completed in a timely manner. Bruce's knowledge and professionalism are second to none. When necessary, he is always willing to take the time to discuss his report and his valuation conclusions. Over the years, I have confidently passed along Bruce's contact information to clients, colleagues, and realtors who are in need of a private appraisal inspection. Bruce is an honest, hardworking, and reasonably priced appraiser who I would not hesitate
