He was very thorough in his inspection, and even called us over to explain general home maintenance tasks like changing the air filters, using the water shut-off valve, etc. He was very friendly and approachable with all the questions we had for him. Morgan was great. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and was at the property early getting ready the day of. During the inspection he was extremely thorough, and was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. He gave his advice and we appreciated his sentiments. Nothing was forced or rushed and he made us feel very confident in what we were doing. Highly recommend and really don’t think you need to look further past Morgan and this company.

Morgan was excellent. He was able to schedule as within a week of my phone call. He was thorough and took us through everything he saw that needed some care and had recommendations. The whole process of buying a new home can be stressful but Morgan has helped ease any anxiety we may have had about the house itself. I would recommend him highly. Great guy and great service.
