What people say
More on GoogleMatt was a bundle of energy and patience. His attention to detail was incredible. He is eager to answer any silly question you have and never runs out of patience.. the inspection can be an anxious process but he made it absolutely smooth and explained all aspects - good and bad. He is fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone.

Socrates was a pleasure to deal with and is a true professional. I was very happy with the manner in which he conducted the inspection as he pointed out issues and took the time to explain solutions. His report was sent promptly and was very thorough with pictures and detailed explanations. I highly recommend Socrates and Pillar To post.

Socrates was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. He spent hours going over every detail of the home I'm purchasing and explained everything about any of the issues he found. The report was sent out by the end of the day with detail and pictures of everything. If I need another home inspection done in the future, I would definitely contact him and this company.
