The building itself was very old so we expected to stumble upon some problems along the way, but if we ever needed anything Shannon was super quick to respond and extremely helpful. I have been a customer/tenant of this property management company for 10 months and can honestly say that I don't have a pleasant or positive comment to leave... they are deceptive and condescending and procrastinate on EVERY aspect of maintaining the property... the city of Allentown should REALLY look into inspecting this property
