As a first time home buyer Ashley, Nick and the rest of the team at Planet Home Lending made getting pre-approved and subsequently approved for a mortgage. The entire team was very easy to work with and communication between them and my wife and I was excellent. They never left us hanging if we had questions or concerns. They were very informative as to the different types of mortgages available to us and helped us lock in the mortgage and a rate that worked best for us.
