I had an issue locating my container on the website, which freaks me out. After reaching out to customer service and waiting three days for information, I decided to visit the warehouse seeking information. Tommy Nicholson located my container in one minute. He was polite and friendly. He took me into the warehouse and showed me my container, that made me very happy! He also offered if I wanted to open it. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you so much, Tommy Nicholson for all your help. He is a very good employee Pods family!
