More on GoogleRented a property for about three years through this company. Maintenance was never done on a timely manner. Emergency maintenance items were always delayed. The property that we rented had so many water / flooding issues. Getting moved in was a slew of ill managed procedures. They weren’t even finished painting on move-in day so we had to move into a house that was in progress being painted. Move out was also chaos considering we were scheduled to do a walk-through and said person never showed up and then did not answer any calls until around 11 AM that day when it was scheduled for 9am.

We rented our beautiful townhome in Center Valley directly with the property owner. About a year or so later, he needed to travel for work and hired RPM to manage his rentals. We have been dealing with RPM thru changes in management. Anyone that has dealt with RPM from 2015 thru end of 2019 will not have the best comments or experience. The negative and downright terrible comments and reviews you will read about RPM are true, we had some nightmare experience dealing with previous manager Jeanne, but good news, RPM Lehigh Valley has been purchased and is under new management. Riley & Real Property Management does a great job with my property. Everything is automated, with great communication. Repairs are done at very reasonable costs and quickly. We’ve been using Real Property Management Lehigh Valley for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say!
