More on GoogleI was told Walt was the best. And he lived up to his great reputation! He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explanations. He was happy to listen and thoroughly answer all of my questions. I truly felt like I was in great hands the whole. Highly recommend.

Walt was my first choice and I could not be happier! He was friendly, efficient, intelligent, and trustworthy. He took the time to explain a lot to me and did not once act like I was a burden to him. His reports return same day and the results are very easy to follow along with! Given all of his services - he is your guy for the job! Thank you so much for your work, Walt!

Walt was professional, thorough and never once made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. He was a pleasure to work with. His report was very informative and easy to understand. We chose Walt to inspect my son’s first home purchase and I feel confident and comfortable we got our money’s worth. Thank you Walt!
