Great experience with Mike from ROI home inspections. He did our inspection along with radon testing and was so thorough the seller was shocked. The inspection report was detailed and very easy to follow and Mike knew we were on a deadline and was able to provide us the report quickly. Nothing but good things to say from first contact to follow up afterward to see if we had questions. Would definitely recommend.
