My son and his friend rented for close to 2 years from Sentry in Sellersville Pa. They left the house in great condition. We rented a professional rug cleaning machine and made the carpets look like new. They lied and charged them $1386. Sentry said my son painted the kitchen and charged him $125. (not true) Sentry said leave the key in the kitchen drawer (he did) and they charged him $100. Saying key was not returned. Attached is a photo of the carpet after it was cleaned. 5 years of paying rent on time and doing most repairs myself since Every time id tell them something needed to be fixed it would be half assed or I'd get the "let me check your lease". I fall on hard times 1 time and tell them I am going to be a little late on rent and instead of having compation, I get nasty emails telling me I have 7 days to move out or they are sueing me for "damages". Worst rental company ever!
