More on GoogleI’d like to start by stating I have been doing rental properties for over a decade and have had many different types of rentals over that time including commercial, single family, apartments etc. I wanted to try one property with these jokes and a property that never sat empty for more than 1 week in the past I turned over to them. It took them 3 months to get a tenant as “they use a very strict vetting process to find only the best tenants” the tenant failed in less than 2 months and the tenant guarantee proved to be nothing more than words! They literally waited till the tenant owed over $23

The maintenance team is terrible. I repeatedly asked someone to come take a look at my water heater, as I had no hot water and low water pressure. It took them over a month to repair the issue. Fast forward to present day, I have a ceiling leak in my kitchen. I was told they were working on sending someone out, and that I would be contacted when they were on their way. Noone ever showed. I didn't even receive a courtesy or follow-up call. But, once rent is due they waste no time to notify you days in advance, even threatening to file a tenant-owner complaint if you are late. They lack empathy
