Our Move Manager - Kim, was incredibly organized, kind, patient and helped us understand what to expect throughout the whole process. The team of ladies who packed Mom's belongings were very careful, respectful and caring. SMBD handled everything, even scheduling a mover to come in and pack the house and transport her belongings. I cannot recommend Specialty Moves by Design highly enough. In July, I was suddenly called in to help organize my mother’s move after she became seriously ill and was hospitalized. At that point, she was only at the very beginning of working out the details of her moving plans.
