More on GoogleSue is a top-notch professional and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her expertise and guidance with the sale of our home made the process feel less stressful, especially during a time when we had many other life events happening at once. Her guidance in navigating multiple offers on our home was invaluable. We can’t recommend Sue enough!

It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to put into words our experience with Sue Thomas. We were fortunate enough find a gem of a Realtor in Sue. We were treated with patience, kindness, and compassion by a Realtor who had a remarkable understanding of the market. Sue provided insightful information throughout the buying process with open and personalized communication every step of the way. At no time were we in the dark or second guessed our decision to have Sue represent us. She clearly had our best interest at heart. Sue’s negotiation skills and influence in the market is admirable

Sue and Stacy are a great team. They take the time to really listen to what you want in a new home and give you their valuable time and expertise to get you started in the staging and selling process. Selling 2 homes and buying one is no easy feat. There were glitches along the way and they kept me mostly sane throughout the whole process with humor and support and guided me through it all. Having a realtor team is a bonus because when one is busy the other always answers, and I felt like my needs were their priority. Thank you, Sue and Stacy! I appreciate y'all.
