A 5 star review is not enough for David Downey who I have never met in person. I was referred to him for a challenging real estate eviction situation after the death of a loved one. I could tell from our initial telephone consultation and being more than 1200 miles apart, that I was connected with someone who had a genuine interest in doing the right thing peacefully and professionally. My situation was full of roadblocks and detours, but David never stopped looking for reasonable solutions to settle a very messy ordeal. My attorney David Downey from The Downey Firm is probably the best attorney. I moved to the area and I called him. He did the best job and explained everything to me step by step. He was able to see me right away and on top of that made me feel very comfortable through the court process which of course the case was all taken care of by David and was dismissed. If anybody needs a good attorney this is your guy. Thank you David for everything.
