More on GoogleJerry helped us with our mortgage in 2021 and again in 2025. He was fantastic to work with both times. He was able to lock us in at very competitive rates and was transparent, trustworthy, and responsive throughout the entire process. When we wanted to move the close date up, he was able to make it happen without a hiccup. And when we encountered a few challenges with a finicky lender, Jerry did his part to sort everything out. I would recommend Jerry to anybody looking to buy a home!! Also, a big shout out to Arsen Nikiforouk w/LPT Realty who helped us with both home purchases!

Gerald Kane was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a great asset in my Homebuying experience. I will definitely recommend him personally to anyone I know looking to buy a home in the future.

As a REALTOR, I have worked with many mortgage brokers. Jerry Kane is one of the greats. The process was so incredibly smooth from start to finish. Jerry was in communication with the buyers, title company, and myself to keep everyone in the loop. If I had a question for him, he was right on it with a response and when we had a small matter that needed to be dealt with, Jerry aka "the hammer" handled it and advocated for everyone in the transaction. He is fair, professional, and just an overall great lender. He is absolutely someone you want on your side as you navigate one of the biggest fina
