My parents and I had an exceptional experience with Tom and his team as they helped my parents sell their house and move into a retirement community. Tom was very hands on with helping us stage the house and made suggestions on the best way to get it ready for showings. His team did a great job with the open house and keeping us all up to date on interested parties and offers. Tracy helped us with all the paperwork needed and Rhianna made sure all the closing documents were prepared even know she wasn't doing the actual closing. I highly recommend Tom and his team!
