Never choose this company regardless of it, who ever selling they lost their offer , he always over reacting on the property searches. I got the bad experience as buyer and closer. Unfortunately there are very few companies in that area so I got advantage of monopoly. I never ever suggested, good buyer miss good opportunity because of him and think that he is protecting you buying bad property but not.

My husband and I reached out to Toma Abstract for assistance with lien searches. After agreeing to help us with our project, we heard from them about 1 search and never heard from them again. The lack of response delayed our project by 4 months. We reached out multiple times by phone and email and a message was always taken down but no one ever got back to us. Each time we spoke with someone they continued to say they’ll assist us but never assisted.
