More on GoogleI hired Trout Creek LLC to expedite a joinder deed submission, which involved a property survey and submitting various documents to the county and township. Their work was very thorough and professional. Despite an already ambitious timeline, they had everything finished one week early. Dean was very easy to work with and checked in with regular updates. I highly recommend this outfit.

Dean and his staff provide superb surveying service. My HOA told me that my fence was not on my property line. Trout Creek had surveyed my property and my fence followed the provided lines. After Dean provided written documentation to the HOA they realized his survey was correct, not the survey provided by another company. Dean took the time to make many calls and respond to a number of emails to get this issue resolved. Thank you Trout Creek!

Dean runs a very professionalism operation. So that Dean can provide an accuracy cost he asked for all previous deed, maps and any adjacent properties paperwork that I could provide, more I could provide reduced his research costs, which he was upfront with. Rey performed the actual survey, he loves his job and was very detailed while onsite. Dean performed the paperwork and delivered on time. I highly recommend for your survey needs.
