Wade was always incredibly professional and was always very honest about details of the homes he was showing me. If there were things wrong about the house he would point them out and be up front about it. Never did I feel like he was just trying to “sell” me on a house that might have not been in my best interest & I appreciated that very much. Wade always made time for showings around my busy work schedule and always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. Wade is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted us in purchasing our home in 2022 and did a great job getting us to closing without any issues.
