More on GoogleJordan is a wonderful guy. He really took the time to go through the house we were purchasing in full detail. Never once did I feel he was rushing or that I was just another client. He made professional and personal recommendations which I appreciated as a new home owner. The process for inspections was easy and everything came back within a couple days. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Jordan Holmes did an excellent inspection on a home I am in process of purchasing. He was very thorough; did not miss a thing! The report he provided was clear. I couldn't have asked for a better presentation of detail and advice. Jordan is quite a nice man. The rates were competitive! This is a top notch company! I highly recommend!

We used Jordan to do an inspection of an older home we were interested in purchasing. It took 3 1/2 hrs so you know this guy is thorough. He was willing to answer all our questions, gave us advice on what needs to be replaced and what we can hold off on. We need all the advice we can get as this is new territory to us. At the end of inspection we made an informed choice based on the results of inspection report. We could not have done it without him. He was pleasant to deal with and patient throughout. Thank you!
